Completed the architecture, design and implementation of sample applications for

Developer Kit that is used as a model for Sun's customers. Provided preliminary
architectural assessment services to Everypath and Sunquest Information Systems.

* National Semiconductor
Developed a web portal using iPlanet Portal Server. Wrote the Stock Quotes, Calendar,
and People Search channels of the portal using Java 1.2 and the iPlanet Portal Server's
Java API. Wrote the back-end Fiscal Calendar program in Java.

* Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE)
Optimized a Swing application called The New Terminal (TNT) which is used for monitoring
and administering stock option transactions. Used JProbe for profiling the application
to determine the performance bottlenecks. Mentored the application developers with
regards to design and implementation with the goal of improving the application's
performance. Wrote a Java Optimization Guide for TNT's developers.

application is used for maintaining the courses that are offered by Sun University, and for
updating the enrollment status of students who registered via Regis (a web-based training

Led the full-cycle development of a Java AWT application called Temporary and Contract
Worker Database (TCDB). The application is used for maintaining information regarding
Sun's temporary and contract workers.

Participated in the development of a Java AWT application called Worldwide ID System
(WWIDS). The application is used for maintaining the initial employment information of
Sun's new hires.

Led the full-cycle development of a Java applet called Employee Quality Index Survey (EQI).
The applet is used for conducting a global survey to identify the performance inhibitors and
measure the satisfaction level of Sun's employees.

transactions into an Informix database.

DHL's Shipment Control applications. Responsibilities included modifying programs written

technical training courses for DHL's shipment control applications in DHL's Taiwan, Japan,
